Cashew Cheese Veggie Sandwich


  • Herbed Cashew Cheese

  • Sliced avocado

  • Sliced cucumbers

  • Sliced tomatoes

  • Arugula

  • Sourdough Bread (or other favorite bread)


  • Lightly toast the bread, then spread the cashew cheese liberally on each side. 

  • Layer with sliced tomato, cucumber, avocado and arugula leaves. Cover with another slice of bread and serve!
