3/4 cup cashew meal
1 egg white
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 salt
1/4 pepper
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
In a bowl mix all your ingredients to make a dough.
Roll out your dough on a silpat lined cookie sheet or a parchment lined cookie sheet.
I use a piece of wax paper sprayed with a cooking sheet and place it on top of the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin.
Try to get your dough as thin and as even as possible.
Score your dough with a pizza cutter but be careful not to cut all the way through.
Bake for 12-15 minutes and then turn off the oven.
Keep the crackers in the oven for an additional 20-30 minutes until they are hard enough.
Pull off the outside crackers if they start to get too brown.
Store in an airtight container.
