Cashews Mango Mousse


  • 2 medium size mangoes, chopped 

  • 1 cup cashews, soaked for 3 hours 

  • 2 tablespoon sugar or honey  

  • 1/3 cup water 

  • ½ tsp cinnamon 

  • 1 pinch sea or himalayan salt 


In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth paste forms. Ensure it’s soft and fluffy. Turn off the blender and serve mango mousse in glasses or bowl. Cover and chill the mousse in the fridge for some 20-30 minutes or more. You can garnish the mango mousse with chopped cashew nuts, chocolate flakes or any fruit preserve.

Note: The Mango Mousse can also be made with fresh strawberries and bananas.
