2 cups raw cashews
2 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp ground coriander
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
⅛ tsp salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
Coat raw cashews with olive oil, ground ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper, pink salt and black pepper.
Place the nuts onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for about 9-16 minutes or until golden.
