Tandoori Spiced Cashews


  • 2 cups raw cashews

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • ¼ tsp ground ginger

  • ¼ tsp ground cumin

  • ¼ tsp ground coriander

  • ¼ tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp turmeric

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

  • ⅛ tsp salt

  • ⅛ tsp black pepper


  • Coat raw cashews with olive oil, ground ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper, pink salt and black pepper.

  • Place the nuts onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for about 9-16 minutes or until golden.
